You have the right to return purchased items within 14 days, without giving any reason. You cannot return items that have been purchased at our physical stores.These have to be returned at the brand store itself.
You can return items as long as all original packaging incl pricing, labels and hangtags are intact. All item(s) must be returned in the original packaging to protect their form. Alix the label reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items not in the same condition in which they were send out originally.

You will be responsible for the postal costs of your return. We will refund you within 10 days after processing your return, using the same payment method you used to place your original order. If you are returning your entire order, we will also reimburse the delivery costs (if applicable).
Currently we unfortunately do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color or item; you have to return the incorrect items and place a new order for the right ones.
I offer the following payment methods: iDeal, Maestro, Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, and Apple Pay.
As soon as your order has been processed you will get an email with your track & trace information.
Once you have received. your order confirmation, it is not possible to cancele your order. However, if you realize you made a mistake when placing your order, please contact my customer service team as quickly as possible and they will do their best to help you.
You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.
Delivery within The Netherlands
Your order will be delivered in The Netherlands within 1-2 working days by DPD. The shipping costs are € 6,95 per order. Free shipping applies to all NL orders over €150,-. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking code. If you’re not home, the courier will leave instructions how to pick up your package at the nearest post office.
International Delivery
Below you will find an overview of our international shipping rates and estimated delivery times.
All international deliveries will be shipped by DPD (excluding packages sent to the USA, these will be shipped by FedEx).

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service. Make sure to check your spam-folder before. though. It sometimes ends up there.
Sometimes, yes! If an item is out of stock or sold out in your size, make sure to subcribe to the notification that let's you know when it's back! That way, you'll be the first to know of its return.
Alix the label only sells items in perfect condition, so in the rare event of receiving a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service.
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the section ‘my account’. You will receive an email with your new password.
Yes, it is possible to place an order without creating an account. However, suppose you do decide to create an account, in that case, you can save your shipping and billing address in the address book. Here you will also be able to view your order history and latest order.
At checkout, you will be able to enter your promo code. When you click "Apply" it will be added to your order. If you have any questions or problems regarding promo codes, please contact my customer service team.
Make sure to drop by one of my 5 brandstores in Den Bosch, Den Haag, Utrecht, Haarlem or Eindhoven. I would love to see you there! Apart from my own stores, Alix is sold at +/- 180 retailers across the Netherlands. You can also find Alix in physical stores in Belgium and Spain.
Yes, by filling in your email in the footer (or via the pop-up that appears when first visiting my website) you will receive information on my latest products, sales and collection launches.
