You have the right to return purchased items within 14 days, without giving any reason.
You cannot return items that have been purchased at our physical stores.

All item(s) must be returned in the original packaging to protect their form.

Alix the label only sells items in perfect condition, so in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service.
