Payment
Our payment partner European Merchant Services (EMS) keeps all your information safeguarded, so even when it comes to refunds, we do not have access to your personal details. The following quick, easy and secure ways to pay are available:

Once your method of payment has been accepted, we will ship your order as soon as possible. Please note that we depend on the banks for processing payments.
If you live in a non-EU country, please check your local import taxes and duties. These may be added to your shipping costs at delivery.
Delivery within The Netherlands
Your order will be delivered in The Netherlands within 1-2 working days by DPD. The shipping costs are € 5,95 per order. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking code. If you’re not home, the courier will leave instructions how to pick up your package at the nearest post office.
International Delivery

All international deliveries will be shipped by DPD (excluding packages sent to the USA, these will be shipped by FedEx).
